With the summer right around the corner and no spring travel ball and doubtful for summer ball. We would like to spotlight the players and programs who would have been chasing their dreams of earning scholarships to play at the next level. Without games to cover, we will still continue to provide content and coverage to help student athletes reach their goal.

Throughout the month we will spotlight programs and their rosters. This spotlight features the San Francisco Rebels a well known program that has been around for over 30 years.  SF Rebel alumni includes Deend Parker (UCLA/USF), Cliff Hammonds (Clemson), Taylor Johns (UC Riverside),  Josh Fox (UC Davis), Stephen Domingo (CAL), Michael Smith (Cal Baptist), and More.

17u Roster

Tejuan Hale (2021) – 6’5 wing from Oakland Tech earned MVP honors of the OAL and led the team to back to back OAL championship. A player that’s always in attack mode and would have been a leader for the SF Rebels squad.
Jordan Aquino (2022) – The shifty PG has tore up the AAA league his first 2 seasons. So far, he’s been named 2 x 1st team All-AAA and  back to back AAA championship appearances.

Ray-John Spears (2022) – 6’1 guard out of Sacred Heart Cathedral is electric! Earned CCS freshman of the year honors and earned 2nd Team All-WCAL this past season. Ray-John is best attacking the rim but all be a play maker if needed. Ray John erupted for 35 pts in the Bruce Mahoney game this past season.
Ameere Britton (2022) – The 6’2 guard from Elk Grove does it all. His game is similar to former SF Rebel star Herman Pratt out of Sacred Heart Cathedral.  He averaged 14 points 5 rebounds 3 assist and 2 steals this season. Ameere is a 2 x All-Metro Team selection for the Elk Grove Elk’s.
Robel Zemmo (2022) -A 6’2 guard quickly rising up as one of the ranks of Norcal. Made big strides in his game his sophomore year and will be a intriguing prospect to follow for the next 2 years.
Justin Milch (2021) – A 6’4 scorer from Terra Nova HS averaged 19 points per game and 3 assist. A 2 x All League selection for the Tigers.
Ethan Jew (2021) –  6’5 forward that is a force in the paint for the SI Wildcats. A excellent defender and rebounded who is not afraid to get physical.
Jalen Williams (2021) – A 6’4 wing from Mcclymonds is a all state football nominee but a star on the court as well. Jalen is a high flyer with the tools to be a ELITE defender.
Kyle Crawford (2021) – A 6’2 lefty guard from Sacred Heart Cathedral that makes the right basketball plays and never force anything. Did it all for SHC this past season.
Darnay Mc Phearson (2021) – 5’8 PG from Sacred Heart Cathedral  earned All-WCAL honorable mentions.
Donovan Tynes (2021) –  6′ Guard from Moreau Catholic
Devin Mims (2021)  – 6’4 Wing from Tampalias High school
