With the summer right around the corner and no spring travel ball and doubtful for summer ball. We would like to spotlight the players and programs who would have been chasing their dreams of earning scholarships to play at the next level. Without games to cover, we will still continue to provide content and coverage to help student athletes reach their goal.

Throughout the month we will spotlight programs and their rosters. This spotlight features NBBA a well known program out of the North Bay. NBBA  alumni includes Jordan Ratihno (USF), Keith Smith (Cal Poly), David Jones (Sac St).

17u Showcase

Dylan Hayman 6’5 W  Healdsburg HS (2021) – Earned North Bay League
MVP and  YSN Sonoma County Player of the Year averaging 23 Pts, 10 Rebs, 2 Ast per game. Dylan is currently hearing from multiple High Academic D1 schools and holds a 4.1 GPA.

AJ Rohosy 6’7 F  Marin Catholic HS (2021) – AJ earned 1st Team honors in the MCAL averaging 12 points and 8 rebounds per game. He has great touch around the rim which adds to his ability to run the floor. With his long arms he is great at altering shots around the basket. He helped lead Marin Catholic to a 23-9 record and a Norcal state playoff appearance. AJ is hearing from many D2 schools and holds a 3.8 GPA.
Brayden Greenlee 6’1 G Napa HS (2021) – The Napa County Player of the Year averaged19.7 ppg, 4.3 rebs, 2.1 asts, 2.4 stl. Brayden was also named 1st Team All-VVAL and known for being one of the best scorers in the North Bay. He is starting to hear from D1’s and multiple D2 schools 
Sebastian Gonzalez: 6’2 G – Sonoma Academy (2021) – Another high academic player for NBBA with a 4.1 GPA getting looks from many D3’s. Sebastian earned 1st team North Central League and averaged 12 PPG 7 RPG 7APG
Kyle Doherty 5’11 PG – San Ramon Valley HS (2021) – Hearing from many high academic schools is a true floor general that loves to pick up 94 feet. Was not a starter for San Ramon Valley this season. Kyle was ready to breakout in the spring/summer for NBBA.
Nick Greenwood 5’8 G – Marin Catholic HS (2021) – A starter for Marin Catholic. Nick earned All-league Honorable Mentions and averaged 10 points and 2 assist per game shooting 45% behind the arc.
Lucq Anderson 6’4 F  Marin Catholic HS (2021) – Lucq known for his defense and high school teammates with AJ Rohosy on Marin Catholic.
Josh Lemley 6’6 F/P Cloverdale HS (2021) – A 4.0 student receiving many high academic looks was named 1st Team All-League in the NCL and was YSN All-Sonoma County Honorable Mention. Josh averaged 17.8ppg, 11.7rpg, and 5bpg. A great post player using fundamentals and footwork to get easy baskets. 
Michael Setiawan 6’3 G San Ramon Valley HS (2021) – A big guard that scores from all 3 levels another player expected to breakout this summer after playing limited minutes during the HS season. A high IQ player with a 4.27 GPA.
