Girls Open Run Showcase

More than 70 players across Northern California participated in the 1st installment of the Norcal’s Finest Open Run Showcase on October 24-25th. The purpose of the showcase was to help the class of 2021-2024 gain exposure via Live Stream to college coaches. The Live Stream garnered attention from more than 50 college coaches from all levels. The event was split into four 2 hour sessions. The 2 hour sessions covered offensive and defensive drills which focused on footwork, passing, shooting and 1 on 1 defense. 1v1 and 3v3 games followed the skills work portion of the showcase. Players were split into two teams where they practiced for 15 minutes before playing 5v5. Each session consisted of 16-20 players.
