A dead-eye shooter will always have a spot on a team, Kyle Korver is 16 years into the NBA and competing for an NBA championship. Meet Ismael Cruz is a sharpshooter out of Fresno, CA who had a breakout spring playing for EBO (Adidas) & The Truth (Nike). We were able to catch a glimpse of Ish at the West Coast Super Showcase and a few games at Fresno High School prior to the spring AAU season. During that time, Ish showed he was a good shooter but his performances this past spring solidified himself as one of the best shooters in the nation and college coaches has taken notice.

In the first session of the Adidas Gauntlet, he was an integral part of EBO’s success and led the gauntlet in scoring averaging over 17 pts a game. Ish shooting ability forced team to face guard him which created driving lanes for the #1 2020 player Jalen Green. He’s as fearless and confident as they come, he believes every shot is going in no matter the outcome of his previous shot. A sequence that stood out in the first session of the gauntlet, he was hit in the mouth and responded with 8 consecutive points with a busted lip.
